Digital Wonderlab, headline sponsors for this years Charity Technology Conference, will be amongst many other great organisations at the Charity Finance Week Online 2020 - a new event created through an online platform to enable charity leaders to come together.

With lockdown now entering its second national phase in November 2020, it is good news that The Civil Society are planning to combine their three conferences - which are usually face to face events in London - into one virtual Charity Finance Week starting from 23rd until 27th November.

The week long event will be the perfect way to share experiences and take key learnings from many leaders across the charity sector, with key note speakers sharing new thinking and ideas around how to tackle some of the major challenges being faced.

The program is wide ranging and includes topics such as how to develop a seamless customer journey, making tech accountable, digital transformation at a 100 year old charity, plus choosing the best CRM approach for your needs.

Our very own Nathan Baranowski - Chief Wondermaker at Digital Wonderlab - is headlining the main plenary session entitled "Learning from lockdown to enable your digital future". He will be guiding you through key considerations, such as how to maintain new ways of operating while ensuring that they are sustainable and secure; how to leverage what you have to do more and offer a better user experience; and how to thrive in a digital-first world. He will also introduce several case studies from charities that have already explored these questions and taken steps to ensure that their next stage of digital acceleration comes from a strong and resilient foundation.

It will be a really insightful and pragmatic event offering increased support and guidance to those in the third sector who seek to make the right moves into a digital first future. Aimed at CEO's, Directors, Managers, across the many organisational functions working in the charity sector, it promises to be an eye opening few days, putting your needs at the forefront to help clarify strategic thinking ready to make positive actions.
